No Comments Football, JR

We drove up to McCall for Jr’s game on saturday just after Raymonds Game.  They played great, Jr suffered heat exhaustion in the 3rd quarter, but he returned in the end of the 4th quarter.  He scored another touchdown, and had a ton of awesome runs.   Bone Crushers defeated the McCall Broncos 16-6.

No Comments Football, JR

The Bone Crushers suffered a defeat at the hands of the Mtn Home Auto Ranch Tigers.  It was a hard game, and little JR got hit hard a couple of times.  He had some good runs, and some great tackles.  He also had a interception and almost ran it in for a touchdown.

JR’s second game of the year.  He scored on the third play of the game.  He ran 3/4 of the field to the endzone.  This was there first score of the year.  The first game they had they got crushed, but this game they did the crushing.  There defense held the other team to 0.  It was awesome game, and Jr  had some great runs and tackles.  The final score was 13-0.

Two for One

No Comments Football, JR

Hi everybody, some of you know that little JR is in Optimist football this year and it’s his first year in pads.  He is so excited, and is doing very well.  Optimist football has a fundraiser every year, and it’s the “Two for One” card that some of you have seen in the past.  It’s funny because not all the deals are two for one.. but I guess they started out that way.

The money raised from this project will be used to offset the expenses such as field maintenance, uniforms, and equipment, training, referees, etc!  Every participant should sell 20 cards.  Please help JR get is goal today.

Football Conditioning

No Comments Football, The Boyz

The boyz wanted to do some strength and conditioning so they can be ready for football.  We went out to the Lake Hazel football field behind our house and I worked them hard.   You have to see Raymond and Owen do some of the drills, it is so funny.   Luckily the sprinklers were on to cool them off.  Good times!

Raymond Patronized a Saint

No Comments Football, Raymond

Yes, Raymond Patronized some Saints today!  Raymond had a game today at 1:45pm, and it was against the Saints.  This was probably their best opponent all year.  We started off the game with Raymond getting a sweet pass from Dawson, and he ran it in for a touchdown.  The other team had some good footwork, but it wasn’t enough for the Patriots.  They pulled flags like it was no body’s biznass!  Raymond had a great game, he scored another touchdown later running it around the end and then into the TD Zone.  It was fun watching him, it started raining just after halftime.

How do you pull a flag?

2 Comments Football, Raymond

Raymond knows how to pull flags…. will that be a useful skill to have later on it life?  I don’t think so, but his determination, and tenacity to make the play will.    This video is a highlight of some of his plays from this last game.  He leads the team in tackles (flag pulls)  and does a good job with the football when he gets a hand off.  Good job Raymond!
